As with the FREEPLAN® systems, the distance between joints has been increased up to 30m and more, the quality of the construction joints has become very important for the performance of the surface. The DOUBLE OMEGA joints are metallic construction joints that allow the concrete floor to move freely in horizontal directions and prevent any vertical movements influencing the intense traffic with forklifts. The shape of the profile will improve the load transfer between the slabs and protect the arris of the concrete against the effect of hard wheel’s passages. |
